Choose the waste type that matches the job. General household material, suitable light building waste, wood and garden vegetation each have different loading considerations. If the job will produce a mixture, describe it accurately instead of selecting the easiest-looking option. Call Chris if the contents are uncertain.

Declare every material in a mixed load. Call rules need agreement with Chris before online booking. Load only to the fill line and follow the conditions agreed for your job.
Garden waste is not everything from the garden
Branches, vegetation and suitable cuttings are different from soil, stone, concrete and old containers. Keep your green-waste description accurate. If you are digging out a patio or removing a bed as well as pruning, explain both parts of the work before choosing the skip.
Declare mattresses and ask about uncertain items
Mattresses carry an extra charge and must be declared in the booking form. The current amount appears in your quote. For plasterboard, electrical items, upholstered furniture or any material you are not sure about, ask Chris before loading so the acceptance and handling requirements can be confirmed for your job.
Finish at the fill line
Keep all waste level with the rim. Do not use boards around the sides to create extra height, leave items hanging out or add material that has not been agreed. If the job creates more waste than expected, contact the team to discuss the next load. Our size guide can help you plan before delivery.
